Commercial Sitework

L&M Service Contractors has significant experience in commercial site development including building foundation preparation, roadways, parking lots, utilities, on-site drainage, pedestrian improvements, and landscaping.  Current and past project include commercial, institutional, residential, and healthcare.

 

Highway Infrastructure

Experience with federal, state, and municipal infrastructure projects including road construction, park and ride’s, bridge construction, embankment restoration/stabilization, and culverts.  Past project include FHWA, Municipal, State, and FEMA funded projects.

 

Utilities

Construction of sewer, water, drainage, electrical, and steam line construction.  Past projects include major water and sewer infrastructure improvements, deep excavation, large scale drainage treatment and detention, pump stations, temporary bypass systems, and working in close proximity to existing structures and utilities.

 

Bike and Pedestrian Improvements and Streetscapes

Experience in construction of various types of bike and pedestrian improvements and landscaped streetscapes along highways and on institutional and healthcare campuses. Past projects include detailed landscaped designs and FHWA funded municipal managed projects.
