Laborer

Seeking year-round construction laborers (starting at $20+ hourly) with preferred prior experience in any of the following:  excavation, concrete, paving, underground utilities, flagging, general sitework, grading, etc. Must be team-oriented, reliable, willing to learn new skills. Must be committed to safety, and able to work in all weather conditions. Day to day job duties will be variable. We will provide training as required. Prior safety training is a plus.  Background check required.


Truck Driver/Laborer

Seeking year-round dump truck drivers who are also willing to provide labor as needed. DOT medical card required, CDL Class B or higher preferred. Must be team oriented, reliable, willing to learn new skills. Must be committed to safe operation, and able to meet the demands of varying jobsites. Must be organized and complete daily inspections as required by law.  Clean driving record required.  Background check required.


Truck Driver

Seeking year-round dump truck drivers. DOT medical card required, CDL Class B or higher required. Must be team oriented and reliable. Lowbed experience for Class A applicants is a plus. Must be committed to safe operation, and able to meet the demands of varying jobsites. Must be organized and complete daily inspections as required by law. Clean driving record required. Background check required.


Equipment Operator

Seeking year-round operators with experience in all equipment sizes including but not limited to excavator, bulldozer, loader, skid steer, roller, paver, grader, etc.  May provide labor as needed. Must be team oriented, reliable, willing to learn new skills. Must be committed to safe operation, and able to meet the demands of varying jobsites. OSHA 10 and other competent person training credentials are preferred. Background check required.


Foreman

Sitework, utility and general jobsite coordination experience required. Must be reliable, proficient in reading plans, meeting grade requirements, and have prior experience leading a team from job start to completion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and leadership in safe working environments are a must. OSHA 30/10 and other competent person training credentials are preferred. Background check required.
