Based in Norwich, VT with established working relationships in Hanover, NH, L & M has earned a place among the most reliable construction companies in the Upper Valley. We offer the talents, resources, and integrity to provide quality-minded solutions to the most challenging construction projects.

With over 20 years working with Dartmouth College, we bring dedication and a high level of experience, skills and resources to projects surrounding Hanover. Many of our team members have grown with L & M, being a part of the team for over 20 years. We are driven to provide progressive ideas and solutions to projects we are awarded.

L & M originated in 1986 as a small landscape company in the Upper Valley. “L” for Larry, and “M” for Maureen, they began their business with a handful of clients and a wheelhorse mower. In 1999 they purchased the former H.B. Biathrow Construction Company, that dated back to the 1950s, establishing L & M Service Contractors, LLC. In 2013 Larry and Maureen sold the company to their son, Ryan.
Ryan’s ambition has grown the company to what it is today.
